Metaphlan4 no eukaryotes

Hi,

is there any reason why Metaphlan4 is not profiling eukaryotes? I have samples that showed eukaryotes in Metaphlan2 but now they are absent.

I also note there are no viruses.

I haven’t tested yet but I second this as a useful inclusion. Especially for usage in marine systems. Would aligning to the BUSCO eukaryota_odb10 be a good usage for markers to use? Obviously the ids would have to be worked backwards to get the CDS.
