Dear Dr. Huttenhower,

I read through your excellent paper titled " Dynamics of metatranscription in the inflammatory bowel disease gut microbiome ", published in Nature, 2018, with great interest.

In particular, I was hoping you would be able to share the output of your HUMAnN2 run from this study?

In a perfect world, this would be something similar to what you provided in Data Set 2 of your earlier study titled " Metatranscriptome of human faecal microbial communities in a cohort of adult men ". This was a tsv of the functional pathway predictions for the taxa within the metagenomes.
