Reporting LEfSe results

Hello,

I’m new to running the LEfSe analysis and I would greatly appreciate your help with this. How do you usually report your results? The Plot and the Cladogram, or do you ever create tables?

I was thinking of creating a table for an exploratory analysis where I ran LEfSe for multiple dichotomous variables. Is there a way to extract the LDA scores to create the table and report that instead of many plots and cladograms?

I tried opening up the .res file but I don’t have the software required to do so.

PS: if you can think of a nice paper that reported on an exploratory analysis using LEfSe I would love to give it a read.
