After running a number of shotgun samples through WAAFLE I now have the desired outputs- can I ask how I go about formatting these to produce plots similar to Figure 3 and Figure 5D. How do I extract the desired information from the seperate sample output files to create inputs for data analysis to compare different groups of samples? Sorry if this is a rudementary inquiry
