I was using HALLA as I did before and now I am getting this question: There don’t seem to be many overlapping samples between the two datasets. Are you sure your datasets have features as rows and samples as columns?
Yes the two datasets have features as rows and samples as columns. I have double-checked and the first row is the same for both files, why I’m getting this??

Somehow you’re getting flagged on this check. In and of itself it doesn’t do anything besides print a message. If the rest of your results look fine (meaning you only have 5 features to start with), don’t worry about it. That check is there to warn people with improperly formatted inputs.
