When i try to run metaphlan command on my VM on google cloud it runs but nothing happens. When i quit the command, i get the following error.
Apparently, it is trying to download a new version of the database from dropbopx.com/…

Unfortunately, the Dropbox download has been deprecated and will make older versions of the code fail while downloading. You can get the database from the following link: Index of /biobakery3/metaphlan_databases

As I answer you in the previous message, the Dropbox download has been deprecated and will make older versions of the code failing while downloading. I would suggest you to updgrade your metaphlan 3 code version to the latest available (3.0.14) or to manually download the database from the following link Index of /biobakery3/metaphlan_databases
