Metaphlan 3.0 newick tree missing taxa

Metaphlan v3.0.7
Newick tree: mpa_v30_CHOCOPhlAn_201901_species_tree.nwk
MPA database: mpa_v30_CHOCOPhlAn_201901
I am using the same version of database and newick tree, however there are some taxa in the MPA database that are not present in the tree. This is causing problems in downstream analysis. Is there an updated tree available for 3.0?

I see that Metaphlan 3.1 is available but a newick tree for that version is not available yet.

Yes, unfortunately, there are few species that, due to the low quality of the available reference genomes, had been discarded during the inference of the phylogenetic tree.
We are still working on the 3.1
