I noticed that the latest Maaslin2 version in GitHub outputs fitted values and individual plots now.
Thank you so much for the updates.
I was looking for a way to create a residual plot to validate the models from Maaslin2, so the update really helps. However, would it be possible to update Maaslin2 to output the model as well?
Hi @salim - thanks for the suggestion. This was part of the MaAsLin 1 implementation and has been at the back of our minds for a while now. I have now added this to the list of possible enhancements although I am not sure it will be implemented anytime soon due to upcoming holidays. Please check back again early next year!
