Residual.rds output file empty in Maaslin2 version 1.16.0

Hello
I am getting empty residual.rds output on running Maaslin2 version 1.16.0. This was not the case in the previous version. Were there some changes in the name of the file in the new version. Would appreciate any thoughts on this.

Hi @renu_pal,

I don’t believe any recent updates should have impacted this. Have you tried this on more than one dataset with various different options? If so can you send us a reproducible example so we can investigate further.

Thanks for clearing that. Turned out I just had to include fits in the path(outputFolder/fits/residuals.rds). Got it resolved it now.
