I am attempting to use the “Format Data for LEfSe” tool (Galaxy Version 1.0) for my analysis. However, I am facing issues getting it to work properly. I even tried running the tool with the example dataset provided, such as hmp_aerobiosis_small , but it still doesn’t function as expected. Could you please provide guidance on how to resolve this issue?
