Hello! I’m new to using LEfSe and I’m having trouble with plots not showing differences between comparator groups in my case they are baseline and EOT (end of therapy). I’m getting figures like this which are not showing my other comparator group. I’m not seeing any error messages but assuming I’ve done something incorrectly in my input file so I’ve attached that as well. Thanks in advance!!
