Hi, I am trying to run MaAsLin on galaxy and when I upload my files, they show up briefly and then say unavailable (see below). I have tried a different browser and cleared the browsers’ cache, but that has not fixed it, so I think it must be a formatting error… but I can’t seem to figure out what. Any thoughts? Thanks!

I’ve passed this along to the members of the team who manage Galaxy, so they’ll take a look. In the meantime, would you be able to do this analysis in the R package locally? MaAsLin runs usually are not very computationally intense, so it’ll likely work in RStudio on your own computer. Let me know if you have any questions getting that set up.
