Humann results have some gene families not in map_uniref90_name.txt

Hello,

I am using Humann 3.6. In the gene family result table, I found that many UniRef90 gene families do not exist in the file /utility_mapping/map_uniref90_name.txt. May I ask why is this?

We excluded any “trivial” names from the mapping, e.g. Putative Protein or Protein Fragment, to minimize the burden of working with the names map, which is quite large.
