I am using Metaphlan4 with this version of the database: mpa_vJan25_CHOCOPhlAnSGB_202503
I was using the marker genes fna for another purpose when I noticed that there are no eukaryotic marker genes in the .fna file even though there are euks in the species.txt as well as in the .bt2 index. May I ask where the eukaryotic marker genes fna is located? Thank you!
