I was trying to use * SRS014476-Supragingival_plaque.fasta.gz this file on the tutorial as a control. I am getting a slight difference in the relative abundance percentage when I did it oon my PC. I have installed the metaphlan database automatically using the command provided on the wiki using this command: ```
$ metaphlan --install --index mpa_v30_CHOCOPhlAn_201901 --bowtie2db
I am attaching the profile that I obtained on my pc where Micrococcales is showing 33.8% abundance.

The other file named SRS014476-Supragingival_plaque_profile_metaphlan3.txt which I downloaded from your tutorial is showing Micrococcales abundance as 34.7%.

I want to know what is reason for this difference?
