I am using Ccrepe to perform corelation analysis between taxonomy and gut brain modules. My output includes feature 1, featire 2, sim.score, pval, but everything is in one row instead of separate rows. I did ccrepe last year and it worked okay but this time using the same script i am struggling to format my output. Is this something I can get sorted with?
