Alternative SGB2GTDB for SGBXXX_group

Hello!

Some species were grouped into a single representant and correspond to SGBs with the ‘_group’ suffix.
Yet, only one annotation is given for these SGBs in the SGB2GTDB file.
Would it be possible to provide alternative annotations?

Hi @fplaza
For the translation between our SGBs and the GTDB taxonomy we used the GTDB_Tk classification tool on the centroids of each SGB / SGB_group. Due to this, we only have one GTDB annotation for each of them

Can you tell us which version of GTDB you were using?

We are using the GTDB Release 207
