Thanks for providing this great resource. I am interested in metagenomic samples close to the time of diagnosis for UC from pediatric patients. My question for you folks is consent_age is the age of the patient when the sample was taken and age_at_diagnosis is the age when the patient was diagnosed? My strategy for finding early UC patients was to select rows where conset_age = age_at_diagnosis.
