May I ask a question about the TruSeq3 adapter from KneadData? There are one pair adapters in the fasta once installed, i.e., PrefixPE/1 and PrefixPE/2, however, I found more adapters from Trimmomatic adapters available — BacterialTyper 0.6.5 documentation, which contains TruSeq3-PE-2 that includes TruSeq3-PE, and additionally include PE1_rc and PE2_rc. May I ask why TruSeq3-PE is included in KneadData, not TruSeq3-PE-2?
