I would like to batch-process an amount of samples from different sequencing runs, different sequencers et cetera. Different adapters have been used in these datasets, so it’d be necessary to trim for different adapters depending on the sample.
Is there a way for kneaddata to filter for different adapters? When I add multiple options to the --sequencer-source it does not work, since it seems I can only choose 1…
