I am trying to use the Lefse galaxy module but it is not accepting the files that I am uploading for many times. It shows “Failed: Internal Server Error (500)”, so I hope you can help me to address this proble.

Unfortunately, this has been an intermittent problem recently. If you try again and it still doesn’t work, I recommend using the python module version of LEfSe instead of the Galaxy module. We are hoping to have the issues with the Galaxy modules fixed soon!
