For humann3 3.0.0 alpha version what are the versions for the databases KEGG orthologs (KOs), gene ontologies (GOs), and Enzyme Commissions (ECs) used for mapping and grouping?

They are contemporary to UniProt/UniRef release 2019_01. We pull all external protein annotations from UniProt, who pull from other sources – you would have to check the UniProt release notes to see if they list specific versions for sourcing.
