Hello,
I used lefse on galaxy platform for serval times. It worked well and showed me very beautiful pic.
Now I am trying another dataset and find a problem. All labels are not centered and the colored sectors also have some problems. I tried my data or demo data hmp_aerobiosis_small.txt on new galaxy platform or my conda envs. Same problem, but not appeared last time.
How can I fix this problem.
