Structured file: wrong alternative in the GLYCOGEN pathway

In the file:
humann/data/pathways/metacyc_pathways_structured_filtered_v24

The GLYCOLISIS pathway has the next alternative reactions defined:
( F16BDEPHOS-RXN , ( F16ALDOLASE-RXN TRIOSEPISOMERIZATION-RXN ) )

But according to MetaCyc glycolysis I (from glucose 6-phosphate) the reaction F16BDEPHOS-RXN is the reverse reaction of 6PFRUCTPHOS-RXN, not an alternative to the other reaction. I think that the alternative should just be F16ALDOLASE-RXN if I understand it correctly.

I agree that it’s not obvious why the ( A , ( B C ) ) structure would be the right parse there given the pathway diagram. We will need to dig into the raw representation of the reactions more closely to see what’s going on. It’s possible that the current online representation of the pathway is different from the raw data we parsed from v24.
