I have a question about the panphlan.
For panphlan species-specific database(‘species_pangenome.tsv’), I have a question about some columns.
Tutorial says that 1st column means ‘UniRef90 ID’ and 2nd column mean ‘Gene Family’.
What is the difference between them?
