I am using MaAsLin2 for differential abundance analysis.
My model settings are:
normalization = “NONE” (input is already TSS-normalized relative abundance, computed upstream)
transform = “LOG”
analysis_method = default (LM)
correction = “BH”, read at q < 0.10
I would like to ask, is “coef” interpreted as log2FC in this case?
