The galaxy website to analyze LEfSe seems to be inaccessible at the moment.

Also, the manual linked to https://bitbucket.org/biobakery/biobakery/wiki/lefse is also inaccessible.

Hi, thank you for the feedback. We apologize for the issues. We were having some temporary issues on this side and all should be up and running again. Please let us know if this is not the case.

For the link, we also transferred everything from bitbucket to GitHub so the manual you are looking for is located here.

I’m having the same problem. I’m not able to select the class/subclass/subject in Galaxy. Any ideas on when it will be running again? Thanks!

Hello there,

I just checked and I have no issues running on the galaxy server. It seems like everything is up and running. Are you sure your file uploaded to the site and that you could select it? (e.g. the first pull-down)

Hi @Alba_Boix I don’t have a subclass in my table; I run only with subject and class. And it is running fine.

Thanks, I think my problem had to do with the format… I removed some spaces and it’s working well now
