I am trying to work out this following issue.
While installing the databases I get this message :
Unable to find strainphlan install.
After the installation there seems to be some issue with the KneadData.
I get the following error when I run :
biobakery_workflows $WORKFLOW --input $INPUT --output $OUTPUT
ERROR: Unable to find database KNEADDATA_DB_HUMAN_GENOME. This is the KneadData bowtie2 database of the human genome. This database can be downloaded with KneadData. Unable to find in default install folders or with environment variables.
How to resolve this issue? Or Is there any alternatives to the KNEADDATA_DB_HUMAN_GENOME database?
Any help is much appreciated.
