Hi, I am trying to download the databases for HUMAN3, but the code provide on the github, and the code suggest previously on the page, neither works.
I have tried:
wget https://g-227ca.190ebd.75bc.data.globus.org/humann_data/chocophlan/full_chocophlan.v201901_v31.tar.gz
humann_databases --download chocophlan full .
I even cant access the url using my browser. I am wondering if the link for downloading the database have been changed? Look forward to any updates soon!
