This is my first time to use software maaslin2, I did not see the tutorial for data preprocessing, such as removing outliers, do you have any suggestions?

There’s a tutorial here, but I’m guessing that’s not what you’re looking for. What sort of outliers are you concerned about? The log transformation of the relative abundance data typically prevents outliers because almost all data will fall between -20 and 0 after transformation. If your concern is outliers in the metadata, what to do will depend on information about the study itself (e.g., exclude outliers likely due to technical failure or data entry mistakes).
