Hi Biobakery team,
I downloaded the data for “Host Transcriptomes” (n=254) and the HMP2 Metadata file from the ibdmdb.org website. It would be very important for my analyses to distinguish between patients in active disease and remission and between inflamed versus non-inflamed status for each sample.
Is there a possibility to find out the inflammatory status of each biopsy and the disease phase for each patient at the time point of colonoscopy in the metadata?
Does the column “week_num” means the number of weeks after study entry?
