ERROR on humann_plot

I am trying to make plot figure using humann_plot utility, but it always shows error as below whichever pathway I picked.

LETHAL ERROR: Requested feature was missing or not stratified
EXITED

I used pathabundance.tsv as input (one more metadata row was added manually), I checked the pathway ID that I picked, it’s in the table and stratified. I ran the tutorial data with suggest command lines, I can get the expected figures, so the humann_plot should be set up well.

Hmm, are you calling the feature by its ID rather than by its name? For example if the feature is “PWY123: Example Pathway,” you would just say “PWY123” when picking the feature.
