Can I reduces the default LefSe LDA score? At least how much LDA cut off should I consider to consider?

Hi there @franzosa @sma @Kelsey_Thompson - I am using LefSe for finding out the significantly enriched bacteria in the control and test group. I am getting very few significant bacteria when used P < 0.05 and LDA > 2.00. Can you please tell me if I can lower the LDA score to get more significant bacteria? If yes, at least what value will you recommend?
