Bitbucket repository not available

I would like to use HAllA for an analysis, since recently the bitbucket repository is not available and I was not able to install it.

Is HAllA in maintenance? Do you know when we can download and use it again?

Hi Marie,

Apologies for the confusion. The HAllA landing page (https://huttenhower.sph.harvard.edu/halla) has now been updated with the current Github links to the User Manual and tutorials. Thanks for pointing this out and reaching out to bioBakery Lab.
