"The page you are looking for is not found" Error

There is an error on the IBD-MD database website. If you try to download any raw data, the following error is given:
nginx error!
The page you are looking for is not found.
Something has triggered missing webpage on your website. This is the default 404 error page for nginx that is distributed with Red Hat Enterprise Linux. It is located /usr/share/nginx/html/404.html

Can anything be done about this?

I am also experiencing the same error. This happens for all of the rawfiles and products download links.

Hi @Mason_Mandolfo and @ellabakker ,
Thank you for reaching out to the biobakery Lab and for the heads up on the issue. The 404 not found issue has now been resolved. Please try out the downloads and let us know if any other questions/issues.

Sagun

Hi Sagun,
could you please check again? It seems like the issue is still or again persistent when trying to download raw data, in my case MGX data.
Thank you very much!

Hi @eikematthias ,
I just double checked and MGX data download is working for us. Can you try using incognito browser to make sure that cache is not getting saved. Also, do you mind posting the link to which the downloads are not working for you? I will double check from my side again.

Sagun

Hi @sagunmaharjann ,
I am trying to access https://ibdmdb.org/downloads/raw/HMP2/MGX/ for which I do get read nginx error message which says its the default Error 404 page. I tried it with different browsers (incognito and without), still I cannot access the webpage or the underlying raw files.
Thanks for your help!

Hi @eikematthias ,
Thank you for letting us know about your issue. Just a heads up that our download links have changed. Ca you please try accessing Results link here and see if it works for you?

Regards,
Sagun

Now it’s working on my end, too! Thank you very much!

Dear Sagun,

Using multiple devices, browser and inkognito the download of any “product” file (16s, MBX, MGX, MTX…) from Results was not possible for me the last two days.
Error was: “Network timeout … Server under …..data.globus.org needs to long for reply” or “nginx error! … Something has triggered missing webpage… You should customize this error page for your own site or edit the error_page directive in the nginx configuration file /etc/nginx/nginx.conf.”

Downloading worked a month ago and I don´t know what changed. If it is a server problem could you help out on that?

Thank you a lot for maintaining this amazing project and have a nice day.
