When I install SparseDOSSA2 package in Bioconductor version 3.19 (BiocManager 1.30.23), R 4.4.0 (2024-04-24 ucrt), it shows “package ‘SparseDOSSA2’ is not available for Bioconductor version ‘3.19’”. I am considering whether it would be convenient for you to update this package on Bioconductor soon, making it easier for users to install. Although I can install the package from the source code for the time being, I am currently writing a protocol in which there is a part on SparseDOSSA2, and installing from the source code might be more challenging for some users.
