Hi,
I have been exploring the default plotting option in humann2, and I like it! However, it seems to cut off the left side of the left-most column and leave a blank on the right side of the plot. Is this a bug that can be fixed in the underlying programming?

Sorry for the inconvenience - this is an issue with how newer versions of matplotlib arrange items within a set of axes. It’s on my list to make a change to the plotter in the HUMAnN 3.0 version of the script (which will be backward compatible with results produced from HUMAnN 2.0).
