Picrust2 using a Phyloseq object

I am a new user of Picrust2
My 16S-derived data was processed using Phyloseq
I would like to use my Phyloseq object on Picrust2, but I have no idea how to do it
I will appreciate any help with this issue

Hi @Carlos_Monter ,

I would suggest exporting your data as a biom file to be used with picrust2. There are a few ways of doing this. I would suggest trying out this suggestion here:
