Negative values in y-axis bar plots_MaAsLIn

Hi there,

Thanks for this wonderful tool. I have successfully run Maaslin2 but i am a bit confused with the output. I have negative values in the y axis of the generated bar plots, which is pazzling and not making sense. i read on this forum that these are supposed to be normalised counts? i am running the model with relative abundance normalised table as input just like in the tutorial. As much as i would expect some low values on some relatively low abundant OTUs it seems all tables have negative values on the Y axis. is there something i am doing wrong?

Hi @cpeno - I am unable to decipher this from your description. Could you please confirm that there is no negative values in your input table? Even better, would you share a snippet of your code and data so that we can debug the issue on our end?
