MaAsLin2 transform="AST" error

Hello,

I have been using Maaslin2 for my biome dataset. In running the function using the AST transformation last week I was getting results perfectly fine. This week I went to run a subset of the data using the same formula and received the following error: Error in sign(x) : non-numeric argument to mathematical function. I have now re-tried the original data and got the exact same result.

Hi! Would you be able to upload either your data or a small set of something for which we can replicate this error on our side? I haven’t been able to with my setup yet.

Can you also let me know which version of R and MaAsLin you are using and if anything changed in the install between when it was working and now?
