I am running into a problem with the legend in the lefse histograms. If I have a relatively small number of discriminant features, the legend will appear at the top of the plot. However, for one analysis, I had several hundred discriminant features, and the legend did not appear. I have been using the python code from the Segata lab (GitHub - SegataLab/lefse) in Docker.
I cut out the taxa from the images to preserve the privacy of the data. Is there a solution for making the legend appear at the top of the larger plot?
