is there any way of seeing what tasks have been added to an AnADAMA2 workflows and what their arguments are? For example, I’m interested to know what tasks have been defined in the biobakery_workflows (e.g., kneaddata, metaphlan2, etc.) and what their input arguments are. This would help customize the biobakery_workflows.
Hello, If you run a set of demo input files with the option “–dry-run” it will only show the tasks that would be run and not actually run the tasks. This will give you a complete set of commands for the full workflow.
