Graphlan error (Classes not implemented for external annotations)

Hi all!

I am trying to generate a tree figure using Graphlan. But I am getting an error when using the graphlan_annotate.py script:

Classes not implemented for external annotations.

Here is the command used:
graphlan_annotate.py all.concat.mafft.trimal.99.fasta.treefile all.concat.mafft.trimal.99.fasta.annot.xml --annot annot.txt

Any idea what could be the problem?

Apologies for the late reply. There appears to be an issue with your annotation file. Could you provide me with a copy of your tree file and annotation file? I will try to identify the problem. Thanks.
