Hi,
I have a tree file in Newick format for which I am trying to use Graphlan to annotate it with colors and other options. I created the annotation file but the colors are not displayed in the output image. Only the global tree options of Graphlan are working. The other options include global graphical options, ring options, and annotation options. what should I do to make those options work? I have attached the annotation file that I created for your reference.
