I was wondering if there is a way to access an estimation of genome size from PIcrust2?
I am interested because genome size has been used in the past as a somehow indicative, estimator of life strategies (e.g. generalists, vs specialists or copiotrophs vs oligotrophs) in Bacteria.
So it would be cool to have it estimated!
