Hello,
I’m new to HUMAnN3. I wondered is there a way to check how many genes were assigned to KEGG Orthology for each sample?
Thank you,
Ai

Sorry for the slow reply. If you use the humann_regroup_table
utility to combine UniRef90s/50s according to KO annotation, the STDERR output will include a summary of how many UniRefs were assigned to KOs. It is usually around 15% if my memory serves.
