Error when running lefse locally

Hai, i am facing an error when running this command,

lefse_run.py hmp_aerobiosis_small.in hmp_aerobiosis_small.res.

I can get the output for the previous command which was,

lefse_format_input.py hmp_aerobiosis_small.txt hmp_aerobiosis_small.in -c 1 -s 2 -u 3 -o 1000000

Im getting this error, 

ImportError: libreadline.so.6: cannot open shared object file: No such file or directory

Hi Gerard,
This looks like an issue that can occur when updating to Ubuntu 18.04. For now, I’m seeing some folks who have found workarounds by using an older version of readline in their conda environment:
