Correlating Subjects Between Files

I am primarily working with the HMP2 16S, Metabolite, Host Transcriptomes data files, and I’m looking to combine these files by the subjects. I am struggling to find any similar subject ID reference, and was wondering if there was any reference for correlating subjects between the different data files.
