Is it possible to change the default –max-memory parameter for KneadData from biobakery_workflow wmgx ?
The default is 500m

Hello - Yes, if you provide the biobakery workflows the option --qc-options="--max-memory 500m" it will change the default max memory for the Kneaddata task.
