Dear team,
I’m running kneedata on a small workstation (80 cores, 256 ram). I have about 155 samples. How should I allocate tasks reasonably? Because in my actual test, the running of one sample almost filled up my cache. (The two sequences of each sample each have approximately 3.2Gb of data.)
